Custom systems

When an off-the-shelf tool does not fit, I design and build a small system that connects software and devices — for example, air conditioning in holiday apartments that guests pay for by QR code.

What is included

Pay-per-use and access systems

A guest scans a QR code, pays, and a smart relay or controller switches the device on for the time paid. The same approach works for air conditioning, laundry machines, parking, chargers and other shared equipment.

Smart control for rental apartments

Devices in your apartments can be switched on and off remotely, on a schedule or automatically between guests. That can save energy and saves you a trip when a guest forgets to switch something off.

Dashboards and reports

One screen shows which units are in use, what they cost to run and what they earned. You see the figures at any time instead of collecting them by hand.

Custom business tools

Booking tools, client areas, internal apps and connections between the programs you already use. I build only what you need, so the tool stays simple and easy for your team to learn.

Pilot first

We start with a small test, for example in a few units, before rolling out to everything. You see it working and we adjust it before you invest in the full installation.

Case study: pay-per-use air conditioning

For a holiday-let owner in Spain I built the software for an air-conditioning system paid for by QR code. Guests scan, pay, and the unit runs for the time they have paid for. The devices are installed on site; I connect payment, devices and server. It began as a small pilot in a few apartments.
